Mazda 3 having less mileage after an oil change?

have mazda 3 2010 2l. i've switched dealer's semi-synthetic 5w20 oil amsoil 5w20 synthetic (xlm) , noticed way less mileage compared before. it's bit more rough on cold start , muffler sounds bit more louder before (might me...). @ normal temp. seems fine except mileage. thought oil level high (that cable dipstick hard read lol) place did oil change told me it's fine...before it, driving habits didn't change. wrong?
