gotten divorce man have been married 5 years. when got married gotten green card him. unable sponsor him had aunt co sponsor him. got divorce on december 2. 2009. don't think used me green card because things not between last 2 years of our marriage. tried make work, didn't. in 2 years became close else. friend , enjoy company. india. came visit place 3 days back. madly in love each other , want make things work out. since america , family hindu. kinda hard make life in india. going try make life work on in united states. problem quickest way him come here seems k-1 visa. afraid wont able sponsor him here because not make requirements, past, , fact soon. not sure should do. not sure if should go ahead , try k1 visa , hope best, or try method. want apply k1 ... try green card in meanwhile applies temporary work visa. thinking right? there advice can get? tagged green card wife.... can't life throws @ me. should wait 1 year before trying or should try possible??? please me?
