Decent car audio system without an amp or subs?

have 2003 trailblazer, , looking new system in it. problem is, don't have money subs or amp. plan pretty basic pioneer head unit, , 4 speakers. thing worried setup bass. want have decent, sounding bass, don't need overpowering. can around sound new speakers , deck?
