Art funding and help?

i'm looking start non profit organization offers art lessons kids can't afford them otherwise. have motivation, skills, , connections off ground. issue lack necessary funding. have 2 questions. 1, can give me price estimate how cost start , keep going art history , drawing classes offered grades 5-6? (assume rent free) , 2, can go to apply funding?
