What martial art do you study?


practice wushu, , love it. it's non-combat martial art, ideally it's not self-defense. however, practicing wushu can improve health. rather focusing on technical skills (i.e. punching, kicking, etc.), you're forced build strength, flexibility, , endurance in addition that. not many other styles require flexibility wushu does.

wushu you're not focusing on smashing opponent, more on can better , better. also, it's more of performance art, it's fun watch people acrobatic moves weapons, without worrying them attacking else. not mention, you're encouraged have own style...whether it's graceful , elegant, or aggressive , powerful.

quick comment: whoever giving these people "thumbs down" needs life...it's not there's heated debate going on.
