far cigarettes concerned, since don't have universal health care , chances lot of smokers don't have insurance, how pay treatments? canada mentioned that.

mentioned cigarettes kill equivalent of small city every year.

nothing free. that's americans expect.

to discourage investment , higher income taxes discourage work?
