Check engine Vsc trak and VSC off lights just came on in my 2003 toyota land cruiser.?

check engine light, if steady not flashing, emission control issue. lose gas cap bad catalytic converter. can have scanned @ repair shop, or other answer said parts store. vsc , trac lights come on in car because toyota has them turned off when sees problem engine, once fix check engine light go out.
add better off find toyota shop in area can work on car, going dealer not choice.

last time removed gas cap , replaced , 200 miles later lights went off. why happen , have possible explaination or suggestions on can other take toyota?
