check local community centers , colleges. check local craigslist or put free ad in it.
ask @ local camera stores.

if else fails, there limitless resources available, including these:

read manual !!!! read several times, , practice in between.

become regular visitor local library.

major camera manufacturers (like canon, nikon, olympus etc) have useful sections on website learning photography.
