offered buy new motorcycle franchised dealer, based on published deal said in black , white included free first service. they've given me px deal on current bike , freebies. when asked them confirm details emailed service half price (£150) , not free. looks me trying recoup costs. can hold them advertised deal? no money has changed hands yet.
