Are sculptures allowed to have text in them?

unless entering contest denies text, there absolutely no reason omit text. there exist sculptures in entire outer surface text ranging hundreds of small words in sentences large words though made soft plastic letters , pushed them shape of head, etc., although sculpture stone or metal.
