What things i can i do to help my eye-site (other than carrots) ?


exercise regularly, eat diet high in fruits , green leafy vegetables, avoid smoking, maintain adequate blood pressure control, , protect eyes uv sunlight.

doing of above fight 1 of common eye diseases called age-related macular degeneration (gradual blurring of central vision).

controlling elevated blood pressure fight against diabetic retinopathy (also blurring of vision).

avoid smoking prevent onset of cataracts (cloudy vision).

food can eat maintain eye health:
vitamin c include yellow sweet peppers, citrus fruits, brussel sprouts, kiwi, strawberries, , cantaloupe
vitamin e include sunflower seeds, oils, asparagus, green leafy vegetables, fortified grain products, wheat germ, almonds, , other mixed nuts
beta carotene include apricots, cantaloupe, carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes, , chili peppers
zinc include beef, lamb, pork, peanut butter, , legumes

eyesite=better how?? other carrots??
