know opinion divided on tackiness of painting wooden stairs(in terraced house).but going take path less taken! there special undercoat , paint need get?i used work emulsion matt paints(my expertise! roller), confused kind of paint need choose matt durable[quite light duty] finish( , little less dumb when visiting bnq tomorrow!tips appreciated
