Why is it that I am having problems with researching my Native American genealogy?

have documentation have native americans on fathers side of family. have documentation vital records names, date of birth, when got married each family member, have documentation stating name of tribe not tribe.

however, question is....
why when try research more information regarding genealogy on fathers side has lot of native american history in apparently tend lot of offensive , bitter attitudes native americans?????

have research question before posting , have seen nasty remarks on yahoo answers , not 100% sure of why.

@ people no matter equal me, until prove me treat differently. if act @$$ treat @$$. way own fault treat way being treated not mine. if purple, blue, pink, yellow, white, black, brown, or orange. equal. feel should along know matter are... these times different , difficult , need learn unite 1 not divide each other.
