Help with skincare for damaged skin?

bought these rough exfoliating pads, equivalent soft sandpaper, on face. unfortunately, used them wrong , literally used them directly on face.

felt fine after, hour later, had raw, sore red skin, developed rough, spotty broken skin. used have smooth skin, im afraid stay way. also, never used spots have many spots , blemishes.

ive been moisturising , using bio-oil on affected area not doing anything. becoming flaky. me please
