Skin :Indians does fair skin people need "Sunblock SPF 30 " though they sunny is little ?

skin type
skin colors/types, minimum spf should choose 15. there special hypoallergenic types of sunscreen available sensitive skins.fair, light , freckly skinned people tan , burn should use high spf of 20 30. brown or olive skinned people @ lower risk of sunburn on given time period light skinned people, still need take care under midday or tropical sun.

skin type reaction sun
■very fair /sensitive burns, tans fair/sensitive burns easily, tan
■fair tans gradually, burn first
■medium tans well, unlikely burn first
■dark tans easily, or never burns

please suggest me best sunblo....spf 30 lotion dry skin ???
