Power Boat vs Sailboat?

if want scuba want power boat. rigging on sailboat in way when you're diving. you'll limited in can dive because of keel , hull speed have traveling , dive sites incredibly slow. you're looking 16 20 ft boat cuddy cabin. should allow sleep 2 , stow gear. @ bayliner. they're made cheap , might fall price range. try avoid i/o's though, tend fail prematurely , you're stuck major repair costs.

advantage sailboat purposes if you're traveling long distances dive. sail doesn't cost fuel travel long distances.

i'm looking buy boat no more $10k 5k i'll using scuba diving in fl. tell me pros , cons both type of boat. boat used diving , sleeping 1-2 people in it. if sailboat brand type of style?
