Do I qualify for claiming Resident but not ordinarily resident(RNOR) status for Income Tax purpose?


worked in dubai 10 years , worked in india 17 months. left india in oct 2009 work in dubai again means have been in india more 182 days during 2009-2010. however, have spent less 650 days in india during last 7 years. mean can claim resident not ordinarily resident(rnor) status income tax purpose during assessment year 2010-2011(i.e. previous financial year 2009-2010) ?
