When i on the printer its asking paper jam?

-

things do:

-turn printer off , on see if can automatically clear or of jam. many printers provide error-code listing on front panel display area jam occurred. if printer shows error code, sure , check printer manual see if identifies area of printer jam occurred.
-turn off printer.
-remove paper trays. inspect them wrinkled or damaged paper.
-open other doors give access printer's paper path , toner or ink cartridge.
-if necessary, remove toner or ink cartridge. place in bag or away light avoid damaging it.
-if find piece of jammed paper, remove holding both hands , pulling firmly (see a). goal keep paper tearing. if several pieces jammed together, try pulling out middle piece first loosen jam.
-if paper tear, try rotating roller gears manually free paper (see b). don't force anything, though.
-replace toner or ink cartridge , paper trays, close doors opened , turn printer on.
-if printer paper jam message still appears, there still paper in printer. reinspect paper path.
