Why dose a toyota camry hybrid cost more that prius. you get better gas mileage in the prius (2010 50mpg)?

makes think price should determined based on mileage alone? following logic, prius should cost more ferrari too. (hint: doesn't. buy fleet of 8 (or more!) prius price of cheapest new ferrari (which gets whopping 13mpg) find.)

camry larger, it's sedan (some people prefer on prius hatchback), has more power (not driving on public roads needs it), , bottom line: toyota feels market pay more it, price accordingly.
