republicans don't small business. use word code word lower taxes rich.

when democrat asks republican why wants cut top tax rate 39% 34%, republican babbles small business. hopefully, no point out 1% of small businesses make more 250k obama cut off, , less qualify pay top rate, , fewer *pay* top rate.
