What school in the u.s. Focus more on Sugar and chocolate Sculpture? i cant find one?

don't think school focuses on this. can become pastry chef, either have learn on own or arrange learn expert such specific techniques. people taking job has them work expert few years.

i might going le cordon bleu after want focus on sugar , chocolate art want enter completions , make career out of ,make money , become creative master. want learn master can find school or class?
