My Subaru shakes when I take off. Does it need a new clutch or is it something else?

have 1999 subaru legacy b4 manual transmission. in recent months car starts shaking i'm taking off stops pretty once foot off clutch. didn't when first got car, used warm car before driving. haven't been doing , notice it's worse when engine cold. clutch or else?
