believe initial phase of socialistic reform necessary within financial/economic sectors if true prosperity realized. however, in case of institutions (the ones "too big fail") vitally important dismantle existing structures may rebuild them anew, redistributing power hands of workers within regulatory confines established state prevent second "powerful elite" coalescing. simple laws , rulings have passed , implemented means of checking possible power-struggle between these financial sectors , people @ large on governmental influence. however, being said, believe transformation of these institutions fit , service needs of masses - people co-owning , responding democratically within said institutions - pass little no struggle. in short, possible - long done in democratic manner benefits proletariat , not select few.
