25 years old engineer (electronics/telecomm/it) 13 years of engineering background. live in paris on residency permit. want move canada, find better life (lower taxes, higher income, cheaper country compared france). have been 3 years in university in iran before came paris (currently have 2.5 years of job-experience in france, on 8 years in iran).

has done same before? how move canada? easy find job? how long takes...?
