What martial art is best for me?
i'm male, 183 centimeters high, weight 60 kilograms(more or less), body type skinny.
although im not in best shape, can , improve if required (and performing daily minor exercises such running, bench press, etc..).
im faster im strong.im acrobatic , flexible (more average, not cheerleader or something).
rather study demands more aerobic exercising rather wight-lifting, , not focus on using weapons, rather own hands (or legs, or whatever else parts of body can used).
rather martial art focused more on striking , keeping opponent @ distance rather rather grappling , being in contact them extended periods of time.
additionally martial art focuses on , and helps improve spiritual , mental aspects, , not physical ones.
