Is dance a sport????? help?

definition ballet not 'sport'. however, ballerinas powerful athletes.

ballerina's aren't athletes don't take part in 'sport'. martial artists highly trained.

now, before in arms , ''dance competitive'' know wasn't originally. dance art form , entertainment. have dance competitions come about.
