How do i make a self propelled boat?

how make self-propelled boat using these items? these items can used:

1) 4 tongue depresser sticks
2) 2 paper clips
3) 2 rubber bands
4) 1 piece of aluminum foil (45cm x 40cm)
5) 1 sheet of newsprint
6) 1 meter of masking tape


note - not cheating, our teacher told can use on internet.

answer:
here's idea:

1) form boat hull shape using tin foil. use 2 tongue depressors provide structure wrap foil around. tape in place.

2) take 1 tongue depressor, break in half. tape each side on angle (opposite angles). @ photo of airplane or boat propeller see should like.

3) bend paperclip hook , tape part of propeller. take other side of paperclip , bend sticking straight through center of propeller. tape end of paperclip last tongue depressor. tape depressor bottom of tin foil hull.

4) use attach second paper clip near end of last tongue depressor in shape of hook.

5) run elastic band 1 paperclip hook other.

6) spin propeller hand wind elastic band.

7) place in water , let go. should move 1/2 inch ;-)

1. use aluminum foil base of boat. have 1 small piece of aluminum foil cut (say 5 cm 7 cm)

2. stick 4 tongue depresser sticks form sides of boat. (2 on each side) front have 2 tongue depressors ends joined.

3. of boat should have projecting ends of tongue depresser.

4. cover boat shape newsprint , glue well. (use colors). cover gaps in shape.

5. cover newsprint masking tape newsprint not wet while in water.

6. fit 2 rubber bands such join 2 protruding ends of tongue deps.

7. using 2 paper clips fasten small aluminum foil piece center of rubber bands.

boat ready.

put in water tub, , revolve strip many times around axis of rubber band. release boat , little al strip. boat ready race. more twists put al strip, more distance ur boat cover , faster go.
