What do I need to include in a photography contract?

contracts change depending if doing on-site event photography, models, architecture or in-studio photography. contract should list obligations photographer , obligations client.
contract should list how long photo session last, how many images client have chose or can expect receive, travel charges if apply, price of deposit fee , when due, full price of services , when payment due. if shooting events , weddings, consider adding choices on how formal dress should be.

1 of important things have in contract retain rights of images shoot. never sell copyright image, instead "license" them of rights images.
