Canadian income tax question -re : deductions for separated dad's?

if ordered pay support child, cannot claim child dependent under circumstances. applies if support not deductible, wouldn't if order written after april 1997.

might not seem fair, , i'm not going whether law fair, law. it's written income tax act section 118.3, , rules not negotiable. also, revenue canada following rules, not making them. department of finance..

i getting shafted rev canada , pay support , have 2 boys 50/50 custody , claims disallowed dependents( 1 ) , , being told pay out thousands in taxes , , interest usurious !
advice out there?
