"How can i attend to a school outside of the district."?

central #9 (visual & performing arts new name) not school talented artists. it's neighborhood school, , don't want transfers talented, they've said much. put simply, kids attend there aren't interested in arts, transferring in talented kids make neighborhood kids bad. allow few transfers. also, new school going have tough time @ beginning, , shouldn't school 1 choose. ask lots of questions , info see if fit you.

have considered arts high (la co high school arts) on cal state campus (south of south pasadena, el sereno)? it's public charter high school. must audition/show portfolio admissions, not gets in. it's worth going through admissions process if interested. while talent not criteria, it's more of true art school visual & performing arts. november 10 @ 6:30- 8pm info night parents , kids. november 17 visitation day, applicants spend day checking out school.
