Paint/Decoupage tips?

spray paint easiest , fastest. use on outside personally. acrylic takes while , have decide whether or not use brush or sponge. if spray paint right, should come out , done soon. have been doing vases , picture frames myself , spray paint best, base. can accents acrylic if needed.

hi im decoupaging vase , need background color spaces/cracks. thinking should paint it, kind of paint should use? acrylic? spray paint? , should on inside or out? thanks!
