Is there a way to charge mercedes benz c280 when you can't go in the truck?

there should charging posts under hood, see black or red plastic cover large b+ mark on it, positive (red) cables charging point. suitable piece of metal work ground, engine block, large bolt on suspension tower, etc. long it's not painted part.

the battery dead , can't unlock car in truck , key isn't helping me either, there anyway jump car or charge battery when no access battery in trunk?
