Fujitsu monitor glows when turned off?

pc have screensaver set "blank"? try turning off screensaver , enabling turn off monitor in power settings. when press power button on monitor? if lcd monitor backlight not turning off.

i have fujitsu siemens 22 inch monitor (lxl3220t.)
when turned off, screen still glows faintly, visible when room dark lights considerably. goes dark when disconnected mains.
there way stop glowing without disconnecting constantly?
