Can you put Mazdaspeed3 parts in an automatic Mazda 3?

have 2005 2.3l mazda 3 , looking @ making few basic upgrades it, such cold air intake , exhaust system. use performance parts of mazdaspeed3, unsure if these parts give power automatic , decrease reliability (like putting turbo in automatic). these parts alright, or should go parts mazda 3?
