Normal to dry skin. Which moisturizer should i use?

hi. want new moisturizer sephora collection moisturizers. have normal skin , dry skin. have normal skin, on school weeks take shower onlyyy on weekdays (i know shouldn't shower day after day that; waking clean)and dries out skin. can see flaking , dont exfoliate. , when have our 2 week break, skip showers 3 days , have no problem dry skin , never oily skin. of being said, should moisturizer normal or dry skin?
