My HP printer keeps getting disconnected?

@ times hp glitch when using printer software , need uninstall , reinstall

recommend procedure problem. click run tab

add/remove , remove components printer

complete clean hp level 4 driver removal utility tool (scrubber) click run tab

when done, reinstall software

i have hp photosmart c4795 printer , keeps getting disconnected , not printing or scanning. keep having connect usb cable computer printer. have installed cd goes still keeps having problems.
