Why is Selective Services using something they won't give me against me?

received letter selective service telling me have register them or else won't able receive financial aid. ridiculous because don't qualify financial aid @ how expect me threatened this? if every male 18-25 required register selective services why don't themselves? why have ask register when can go on computers , register every male 18-25??? stupid.

, on second note, said if don't register selective services can't receive financial aid. apply women well? know women don't have register them denial of financial aid apply them? or free?
