Soundproof the room where I have my home theater...?

sound roofing room not simple. in small room have allot of sound being deflected wall , sound louder. having powerful home theater in small room overkill. if have home theater in box, not clear sound system sound bad. keep in mind speakers directional , when sound wave hit wall can reflect sound. can try using sound deadening material on walls, way hear sound speaker no reflective sounds. hope out.

i have small room (4 meters 4) in have relatively powerful home theater system better sound. can better sound soundproofing room feasible or useless?
