Should I include photography in my art portfolio?

i'm planning on applying college graphic design , wondering if add 1 or 2 photographs portfolio. drawing , design, enjoy photography hobby. should put few photos i'm proud of in portfolio, or irrelevant since i'm not planning on going photography?
