NEW TATTOO CARE QUESTION - Need help asap :)?

got new tattoo today on chest, , it's first tattoo, i'm bit confused.

instructed, kept bandage on tattoo 2 hours, , promptly washed tattoo warm, soapy water, , let air dry. once dry, applied a+d ointment, told artist.

ink tattoo appears dripping, if it's wet, tattoo seems fine.. normal?

also, how long leave ointment on for? let dry there, or rinse off?

urgent needed... sorry, i'm bit on excited first tattoo, , want perfect. :)
