I keep getting printer error?

i'm connected office network shared printer other computer. problem everytime restart, can't print anymore printer. have delete , re-add printer control panel , restart machine able print. when restart second time, printer gets error again. there can solve persistent problem? other computers on same network don't have problem though.. i've tried reinstall printer driver, turn firewall off, doesn't help.. please me.. ^_^
