Where is the best place to live on a low budget for a commute to Burbank, Tarzana, and Santa Monica?

eek, if hate traffic, routine may tough on you.

obvious wrote, palms / culver city / mar vista best bet commuting, , it's mix of safety , price (but it's still expensive, it's la). ok apt in , ok area of sm cost more in culver city. if apartment afford few minutes/walking distance work in sm, , going there 80+% of time, might best idea, driving sm culver city can slow.

in culver city, you'd near 10 , 405. 405 takes out valley, 10 takes santa monica (or can take streets depending on locations , traffic). driving out burbank, can go either through downtown la or through valley, depending on when you're traveling. can check traffic flow on cellphones, iphones (i love feature), or online.

sure leave plenty of time commuting, there slow downs no apparent reason. @ google map acclimate commutes.

luck!

i spending of time in santa monica, traveling valley lot. person hates traffic, , wants reduce amount of travel have do. trying find lowest rent possible. thanks.
