not sure mean digital art - covers such wide range of things.

image editing, photo manipulation - adobe photoshop, or gimp
line art, vector art - adobe illustrator, or inkscape

inkscape , gimp free , open-source. adobe's products expensive.

i want start digital art. i've done amateur editing want try digital art.
program download? latest photoshop or else?
