being punished something? delano tiny town between bakersfield , fresno. gets incredibly hot , dry during summer, , cold , foggy during winter. stated agricultural area, , it's population predominately hispanic. bored silly there. commute on ca-99 easy one, you're in middle of nowhere. fair sized towns north tulare, , visalia. sorry, did ask.

i'm going moving out delano, ca job. can tell me area? neighborhoods nicer others? hear it's bit rough , treeless. commute bakersfield? other nearby towns recommend?
