Scared to perform solo?

i'm 16 year old girl performing arts @ college, love act, dance , sing..apart when i'm on own.
if i'm someone, don't stage fright, doesn't bother me in slightest, though bit nervous, that's expected.
classes task week write monologue, , have multirole. writing isn't hard me - it's fact have perform them in less 3 weeks other performing arts students within college - on our own.
thought sickens me i've never performed on own before apart parents. today supposed rehearse monologues , perform them 1 one rest of class,
made me anxious, missed out on have chest infection didn't go in.
in way, see relief, in bad i'm being thrown deep end. else in class, know perform solo in front of 1 another, won't chance
next performance of audience of 90.
again, sickening me. people have given me advice,
''pretend they're not there'' , ''dont @ faces'' how can not when they're surrounding me?
have methods or stop me getting these feelings , worrying much?
