issue monitor description, you've checked connected vga connector, if want 100% sure monitor test out on computer plug monitor in there see if display or can test monitor on computer see if ok video card. further determine problem. monitor though :)

my monitor blinking without display. i've checked connections , connectors. fine no display. in advance.
