Help choosing a boat?

i'm looking buy boat, want that's multipurpose. if wanted use fishing or water skiing or day of hanging out friends on boat. id using on lakes , rivers , sualton western pa, inhabe lot of friends , relatives down jersey shore if there's used there nice. also, if there's 1 that's light enough tow around wrangler unlimited don't have borrow friends truck whenever want go boating.
