Trust, crises and relationship problems...?

38 year old wife started changing couple of years ago when eldest daughter decided married, have children , treats me very, casually , has started staying away 'on business'. 'spice' in our love life has disappeared , affections returned.

fine, except stays away work colleagues (she works 25 miles away our home, commute 70 miles each way) don't know, never wants me know staying or where, wears 'best' underwear when away (never @ home) , ignores evening texts , call when away. might call me after 11.30 pm. when gets home after 'trip away' washing etc in wash before i'm home. always.

i've stayed away on business loads. europe, far east, etc, i've stayed in hotels , come home sort piles of receipts. (like many do...) contactable , responded calls , texts.

asked bluntly - having affair? said no, , went on day reason she's 'different her' because she's returned 'old her' before children, first marriage, etc. not never knew her first 28 years, never met ex-husband have brought 3 children last 10 years.

well, sound either (1) fishy, (2) middle age crisis her, or, (3) unnecessary paranoia me? i'd appreciate views of internet on i'm far happy way she's treating me or possibly how company treating whilst stays away.
