Skin Bleach for Acne Scars? =(?

hello :)
used have lot of acne - they're gone - still have lot of scars on face =(
before using medicines doctors had prescribed - skin light olive tone - now, reason, color has gone hyperpigmentated - , skin darker tan shade - , acne scars pinkish brown - i've tried sooo many fading creams/oils.
i'm fed of them because don't work on me -
can recommend safe skin bleach please? =)
