Recommend a *lightweight* bike for me?

want buy bike street riding/commuting. must lightweight i'll carry on stairs lot (and i'm 5'5 female of slim build). 1 speed enough. must reliable + lightweight + easy maintain. prefer 26" wheels small ones. appreciate recommendations of brands , models. (i have limited budget buy used one.) thanks! :)
